CANCELING AGREEMENT BY SIGNING ANOTHER
This proposal shall become binding on buyer and seller when signed by buyer and approved by seller or the local manager of seller, and shall become the entire and sole agreement of the parties pertaining to the subject matter of the agreement, mutually withdrawing, cancelling or otherwise waiving, terminating and excluding any and all oral, written, express or implied representations, guarantees, warranties, agreements or understandings not set forth in full in this agreement, or in the general provisions or specifications made a part of this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
